Service Description

Our 'I am' Programme is a comprehensive course designed to help women in the corporate world enhance their strengths, leadership skills, achieve their career goals and limit the barriers to their success. Through a series of 10 sessions, you will learn about self-discovery, emotional intelligence, and restricting self-limiting beliefs. Our experienced coach Debbie Wheal will provide personalized guidance and support to help women excel in their careers and overcome challenges. After the coaching sessions are complete, Routes Coaching provides you an opportunity for professional photography and make-up, empowering your new and improved sense of self, and confidence.
